Miriam is in her mid-twenties and living a debaucherous life in Oslo. One day she receives a shocking call from her alienated sister. They have to bury their father. Again. This brings back the memories from the first burial, when Miriam arrived high and ended up in a laughing fit at the worst possible time. Filled with shame, she moved from the small town to Oslo. Her big sister on the other hand has been living alone with their fathers goldfish, in their childhood home. Now she wants to arrange a new memorial to give her father a worthy second farewell. The two sisters must find a way to reconnect after years of both physical and psychological distance.
